Energy Packed Oatmeal Mix

This oatmeal mix is a staple at my house. I love keeping it on hand for busy mornings. It’s packed full of healthy fats, fiber, protein, and tons of vitamins and minerals - a great way to start your day.

Yield: 8 cups (about 8 servings)

Ingredients

4 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup flax seeds

3/4 cup slivered almonds

1/2 cup hemp seeds

3/4 cup raisins and/or chopped dates

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp ground cardamom

1 1/2 tsp ground ginger '

1/2 cup coconut milk powder

1 tsp fine grain sea salt

1/2 cup dark brown sugar (or omit if you prefer maple syrup on top)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Store in a jar until use!
